Technical Details of M-10000

Now a days composite textile mills are very few and 90% cloth production are coming form small scale unites. At a time of composite unit reports of various process like spinning, winding, sizing, weaving are coming to head of the department to gather and department head can find the fault within same time. Now as sizing and loomshead are different industry, it is very difficult to get right report of size beam from loomshead industry. In that case it become a difficult to select a size material. Also industry is facing other problem like power cut, irregularly of labor, availability of warping yarn etc. Result of which sizing process has to stop in between in such case there will be chance of spoiling sizing (kanji) Same thing can be happen if product change from pv/pc to cotton or cotton to pv/pc existing size (kanji) become a loose to the industry.

Another problem is difference of humidity in department is also creating problem with same size recipe. Result of which beam are giving problem at loomshed. Different heal (wire and cotton) is also giving different result, As result same size recipe and process is giving different result to one place to another place. Uneven mixture of starch, tallow, also creating a penetration problem. As result size gets out from yarn while weaving. Looking to all this long overdue sizing industry problem, we have introduce M 10000. Use of M 10000 can resolve all such type of problems.

Size recipe does not spoil for long time. (approx 96 hours).

Change in humidity will not affect the size process.

Standardized Recipe :

Add M 10000 In water First, Frech Ckalk can be add if require, Now add starch, gum or any binder what ever tour mixture is. Then stair for 30 minuets and Then Apply steam on it up to it takes Brown colour. This Recipe can use for cotton PV/ PC Polyster.
