DO YOU HAVE PROBLEMS THAT THERE ARE STAINS DUE TO OIL GREASE, WAX, CARBON, TAR, BLACK

Machine oil and rust stains etc. if these stain are not removed completely then during further processing of bleaching. Dyeing or printing some spots will be there and because of this your bleaching realization will be very less and dyes or prints will not fix properly on these stains. This will increase your second quality cloths and fents . Secondly ,if these stains are there on white or light colour cloth the n in order to surpress these stains you might have to dye or print the dark  shade. Finally, there will be no rubbing mark, as application of ANAXOL SOLVIN – FC dose not require any rubbing .

After  extensive research work spread over two decade  has indigenously a new high quality product  which will end your stains removing problems. Also it will give very good whiteness and finish when  Incorporated in the process.

WHAT IT IS : ANAXOL SOLVIN –FC is a slightly viscouse liquid. lt removes Stains due to oil grease wax, carbon, tar black machine oil and rust stains etc without rubbing at a very nominal cost.

APPLICATION : ANAXOL SOCLVIN-FC is used after weaving of grey cloth in The grey folding department and also it can be incorporated in the process to remove stains.

USE INFORMATION:

(i) FOR PURE COTTON FABRICS :

We recommend that ANAXOL SOLVIN-FC be diluted water as one measure. Of  ANAXOL SOLVIN-FC with three measures water to be used at grey folding stage in the grey cloth certain stains may  not be visible and this will go unattended Thus, you will Not get desired results. In order to overcome this we recommend to incorporate

ANAXOL SOLVIN-FC in acid desize bath at a concentration of 1 to 2% by weight of the Fabric to be run at room temperature and keeping it for about 2 to 4 hours followed by your usual processing .

(ii) FOR SYNTHETIC & BLENDED FABRIC :

We recommend to apply ANAXOL SOLVIN-FC at the grey stage and keep it overnight then follow your usual processing. Becsuse of tinting of synthetic & blended fabrics certain light stains may not be visible.These will be left without application of ANAXOL SOLVIN-FC and because of this after scouring it will be very much prominent and this will not reduce your damages as desired Secondly, may be because frequency of stains are many it may not be practicable to apply manually to each and every stain. In order to Achieve maximum first quality packing, we recommend to incorporate  ANAXOL SOLVIN-FC in the processing sequence as follows :-

a)  JIGGAR : For shirting we recommend to use ANAXOL SOLVIN-FC 3%By weight of the fabric and for suiting 6% by weight of the fabric to be added  (for example for 100 kgs. Cloth ) as follows:-

The above operation should carried out at Room Temperature. In the same bath add  5 gms per liter Oxalic acid and 1 gm per liter of hydrochloric acid. Boil up to 70 to  80 C and run another 5 turns Give hot wash and cold wash followed by your usual  processing of scouring bleaching etc. If you are processing the cloth by keir boiling J-Box or by continuous opened width we recommend to incorporate ANAXOL SOLVIN –FC in the processing sequence at your end after consultation with us.
