DESCRIPTION :

Anaxol Vedosoft SC 40X emulsion is a 40% Emulsion of a amino silicone. It provides superior soft and smooth touch to fabrics. When used alone or in conjunction with appropriate organic softeners. Anaxol Vedosoft SC 40X can be applied to the fabric by padding Application.

PERFORMANCE :

Anaxol Vedosoft SC 40X emulsion can be applied on polyester/cotton, 100% cotton, 100% polyester woven fabrics and 100 % cotton knitted fabric for improvement in tear strength, softness, stretch recovery, and wrinkle recovery The effects achieved will vary with fiber content, fabric. The curing time and temperature necessary for conventional fabric finishing are adequate for maximum durability of Anaxol Vedosoft SC 40X emulsion. Excessive temperature and extended times should be avoided to prevent the possibility of fabric yellowing.

EXHAUSION PROCESS

Anaxol Vedosoft SC 40X emulsion can be used in exhaustion to cotton, PLS/ Cotton and acrylic /wool fabrics. The concentration will vary with the fabric construction and fiber content fabric handle to achieve desired fabric handle Anaxol Vedosoft SC 40X is not recommended for jet dyeing machines.

Pre-dilute the required amount of Anaxol Vedosoft SC 40X emulsion with an approximately equal weight of cold water.
Control the liquor to goods ratio to 20:1~8:1 range. Adjust the water pH to 4.5~6.0 with acetic acid before adding diluted Anaxol Vedosoft SC 40X into emulsion on bath.

Add Anaxol Vedosoft SC 40X emulsion at room temperature bath, run for 10 min. Raise the bath temp. to 40° C and maintain for 20~30 minutes. Complete exhaustion will then have taken place and the solution will be clear.

4. Hydro extract , then dry on a stenter or tumble dry at 80~95° C, and cure at 120~180° C for 60~30 seconds.

PRECAUTION :

Prior to Anaxol Vedosoft SC 40X treatment, please scour goods in a non-ionic detergent and thoroughly rinse followed by acid rinse for 5 mins at pH 4-5. any alkali residue on the goods or pH fluctuations of the process water can cause bath instability.
